Aluminum hull construction is used for longevity, good resale value, for lightness and strength, for the competitive edge in performance and most importantly, for the security of safe cruising.

Hull:

50 and 70 foot powerboats with aluminum hulls are available.  The sides are fabricated with 5086 aluminum plate. The bottom is fabricated with 5086 aluminum plate with aluminum stringers and bulkheads.

Paint Specifications:

The deck is painted with primer, followed by non-skid paint. The bottom is painted with aluminum etching primer; base primer and black bottom antifouling paint, Hull and topside receive DuPont Variprime self-etching primer, followed by Awigrip or Imron high build primer, followed by Awlgrip finish paint, and followed by clear coat.
